About
The OSCE Office in Baku, in close co-operation with the Interior Ministry, will conduct regional training courses for police officer on the implementation of the law on the prevention of domestic violence.
The sessions will be held in Ganja city and neighbouring district police divisionson 29 November, and Nakhchivan Autonmous Republic on 10-11 December. This training activity is aimed at raising awareness of the police officers on the national legislative framework and international experience related to domestic violence. Local expert Shafa Jamalzadeh and representatives of the Interior Ministry will address legal and socio-cultural aspects regarding the implementation of law.
