This workshop will bring together representatives of the Armenian Government Commission and the working group on drafting the criminal procedure code to discuss new rules to be adopted on evidentiary standards and the admission of evidence.

Experts from ODIHR will present existing international standards and legislation from common law and civil law systems in the OSCE region..
