“The picture represents the construction of the Sofia subway. For decades the people of Sofia have faced difficulties in transportation. Due to the mass influx of citizens from all parts of Bulgaria to the capital, traffic jams have become part of everyday life. This image depicts the hope of the people in Sofia in the benefits of the subway.”
