Civil and Housing Relations in the State of Martial Law. Fixation of Violations and Judicial Protection

The lecturer will provide insights into the issues related to fines and penalties for late or incomplete payment of housing and communal services, the establishment of the fact of childbirth and the protection of civil rights in court in wartime. The lecture is delivered in Ukrainian by Kostiantyn Gusarov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.
