What is Community Policing?

Better Policing, Better lives!

Community policing has emerged as a major pillar of the OSCE’s police-related activities. Community policing means building partnerships of trust between the police and the people. When all segments of society co-operate to prevent and combat crime, the result is improved safety and quality of life for all.
