The 1990 Paris Summit: Signing ceremony of the Paris Charter for a New Europe
The Heads of State or Government of the participating States of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe affixed their signatures to the "Charter of Paris for a New Europe” on 21 November 1990 (Paris, France).
