OSCE Security Days: Welcoming Remarks & Keynote
The welcoming remarks and the keynote address from the conference OSCE Security Days. The conference took place at the Hofburg, Vienna on 31 March 2017, and explored the security challenges cities currently face and how to best prepare for challenges in the future. The panel featured Lamberto Zannier, OSCE Secretary General, Tanja Wehsely, Chair of the Vienna City Council Committee on Finance, Economy and International Affairs and Clemens Koja, Permanent Representative of Austria to the OSCE and Chairperson of the OSCE Permanent Council. The Keynote address was delivered by Ahmed Aboutaleb, Mayor of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
