Montenegro

Montenegro signed the Helsinki Final Act in 2006 following independence. The country had previously been part of a State Union with Serbia, and of Yugoslavia before that, an original signatory of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act. The OSCE Mission to Montenegro was also established in 2006. Montenegro is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
