Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan has been an OSCE participating State since 1992, following its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. The country has hosted an OSCE field operation since 1998 and the OSCE Academy in Bishkek since 2002. Kyrgyzstan is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
