Belarus

Belarus has been a participating State of the OSCE since 1992, after having declared independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. In addition to having hosted the OSCE Advisory and Monitoring Group between 1998 and 2002, it also hosted the OSCE Office in Minsk between 2003 and 2010. Belarus is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
