Poland

Poland is one of the 35 original signatories of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act, a participant in the 1973 CSCE negotiations, and hosts the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. Poland Chaired the Organization in 1998 and 2022. It is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE in Vienna and to the Parliamentary Assembly in Copenhagen.
