Latvia

Latvia signed the Helsinki Final Act in 1991, following its independence from the Soviet Union earlier that year. It hosted the OSCE Mission to Latvia between 1993 and 2001 and the OSCE Representative to the Joint Committee on the Skrunda Radar Station between 1995 and 1999. Latvia is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Copenhagen.
