Russian Federation
The Russian Federation is the successor to the Soviet Union, an original signatory of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act and an original participant to the 1973 CSCE negotiations. The Russian Federation is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE in Vienna and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Copenhagen.
