Malta
Malta participated in the 1973 CSCE negotiations and signed the Helsinki Final Act in 1975. Additionally, it assumed the Chairpersonship of the Organization in 2024. Malta is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE and to the Parliamentary Assembly.
