Latvia

Latvia signed the Helsinki Final Act in 1991, following independence from the Soviet Union. It hosted the OSCE Mission to Latvia between 1993 and 2001 and the OSCE Representative to the Joint Committee on the Skrunda Radar Station between 1995 and 1999. Latvia is represented by a Permanent Mission to the OSCE in Vienna.
