Estonia

Estonia became a signatory of the Helsinki Final Act in 1991, following independence from the Soviet Union. It hosted the OSCE Mission to Estonia between 1993 and 2001, and the OSCE Representative to the Estonian Expert Commission on Military Pensioners between 1994 and 2006. Estonia is represented by a Permanent Representation to the OSCE in Vienna.
