OSCE Chairperson condemns blasts in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine

DUBLIN, 27 April 2012 – The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister Eamon Gilmore, condemned the blasts in Dnipropetrovsk today.
“I condemn this irresponsible act which threatened the lives of countless innocent people in Dnipropetrovsk. Such attacks are unacceptable. Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine at this time and I wish those injured a speedy recovery,” he said.
