A Guide on Municipal Statutes that is intended to assist municipalities in Kosovo to draft Municipal Statutes.

This publication is part of the Municipal Guide Series, a capacity building initiative aimed at strengthening the institutional capabilities of Kosovo's local governments.

The handbook was produced jointly by the OSCE, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Report by the NGO Alliance for Children's Rights, supported by the OSCE Office in Baku and the British Embassy in Baku. It reflects the empirical findings on the situation of children and children’s rights within the juvenile justice system and provides information about gaps in the functioning of those institutions.

These guidelines provide suggestions for teachers and other educators who feel the need to address issues pertaining to contemporary anti-Semitism. Recognizing that the context may vary in every country, or even in individual classrooms, this document provides educators with a general overview of common manifestations of contemporary anti-Semitism, as well as with some key educational principles and strategies for addressing this complex and challenging subject.

This report was published by the OSCE Office in Baku in co-operation with the State Committee for Women Families and Children Affairs. It includes the list of focal points dealing with gender issues in Azerbaijan. The list was last updated in October 2007.
