This volume of decisions by Armenia's Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation for 2015 comprises legal review, analysis and interpretations of selected decisions that paved the ground for ensuring predictable justice and for creating legal mechanisms for the effective protection of human rights. The publication prepared with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan and in partnership with the Armenian Cassation Court has been issued annually since 2008. It serves as a useful tool and resource for criminal law experts and aims to strengthen judicial independence and integrity. The publication is available in Armenian only.
