The publication contains a study of new market and investment opportunities, recommendations on entrance into the identified “niche” markets within Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) area in relation to Armenia’s membership to EEU.

The analysis represents a joint contribution of the Association of Public Prosecutors and the Rule of Law Unit of OSCE Mission to Skopje towards the process of establishing a standardized criminal policy and practice in the criminal justice system. The very analysis processes data which refer to plea agreements made in the four appeal districts: Bitola, Gostivar, Skopje and Shtip, in the period from 1stof December until 31st of March 2015.

“Urban Plans for Substandard Roma Settlements” provides an overview of 13 urban plans in 11 pilot municipalities, developed through the project of European Assistance to Roma Inclusion. Urban plans are a necessary first step in the process of improving the living conditions in substandard Roma settlements, providing a basis for any future intervention – regularization of settlement, construction of infrastructure, improvement and legalization of housing units. Plans were developed by local urban planning institutes and directorates, having a full participation of local resident communities and preservation of existing land-use and housing as main priorities. The publication is bilingual: in English and Serbian languages.

This guide is based on the experience of migrant support centres in the framework of a regional program on labour migration from 2010-2014. It has been prepared with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana in co-operation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for experts of governmental bodies and representatives of non-governmental organizations who work in the area of migration and provide information, consultations, legal support and social help to migrants and their family members. The guide is not available in English.

The Strategic Framework for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Dniester River Basin brings together the data available today on the current and possible future trends in climate change in the Dniester basin. It offers a set of measures, the joint and coordinated implementation of which will make it possible to respond to the coming changes in a timely manner. The Strategic Framework is the result of joint efforts by international experts and organizations – the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) – and experts and organizations from Moldova and Ukraine with an interest in the protection and sustainable use of natural resources in the transboundary Dniester River basin under the conditions of a changing global climate.
