The Office's assessment includes the review and analysis of the assistance and services available to victims of trafficking and forced labour in Azerbaijan, with the objectives of identifying gaps and obstacles preventing provision of effective assistance to victims, and of seeking opportunities for improving these aspects of assistance. The review of legislation and practices included housing, social, medical, psychosocial, legal, physical safety and protection, and reintegration assistance services available in Baku, the capital city of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Legal Digest of International Fair Trial Rights aims at building the capacity of legal practitioners to conduct professional trial monitoring by providing them with a comprehensive description of fair trial rights coupled with practical checklists based on the experience of OSCE trial monitoring operations.

This 2014 Reference Manual is a first publication which contains all OSCE Economic and Environmental Dimension-related decisions adopted during OSCE Summits, Ministerial Council and relevant Permanent Council meetings. It primarily targets the delegations of the OSCE participating States to serve as a useful tool during their deliberations.

The guidance provided in this handbook is intended to ensure that as each Election Observation Mission draws conclusions on the extent to which an election process meets OSCE commitments and reflects universal principles, it takes fully into account how the election process affects both women and men.

The ODIHR's annual report provides an overview of the Office's primary activities in the areas of elections, democratization, human rights, tolerance and non-discrimination, and Roma and Sinti issues.

On 6-7 September 2012, the OSCE Gender Section hosted an expert roundtable focusing on the significant barriers faced by women from migrant, minority and Roma and Sinti communities in relation to social, economic and political integration. The report consolidates the recommendations from the roundtable and identifies potential actions and next steps for participating States, civil society and OSCE structures towards strengthening women from migrant, minority and Roma and Sinti communities to act as agents of change, as well as includes a a summary of the roundtable sessions, recommendations and examples of best practices highlighted by the participants.
