This Handbook for Protocol Officers serves to raise awareness and inform the relevant authorities about how to prevent trafficking in human beings for domestic servitude in diplomatic households, how to detect abuses and how to react to exploitative situations while protecting the rights of the domestic worker. This handbook will increase knowledge about strategies and policies to discourage non-compliance in the employment of private domestic workers in diplomatic households. It will also provide examples of national practices which have proven effective towards those ends.

These guidelines provide suggestions for teachers and other educators who feel the need to address issues pertaining to contemporary anti-Semitism. Recognizing that the context may vary in every country, or even in individual classrooms, this document provides educators with a general overview of common manifestations of contemporary anti-Semitism, as well as with some key educational principles and strategies for addressing this complex and challenging subject.

The publication is integral part of project activities in the frames of cooperation between the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) and the OSCE Mission to Skopje in 2013 and 2014. The purpose of this Reference Guide is to provide recommendations surrounding the eight fundamental principles of the UN Guidance for Effective Mediation as they pertain to the OSCE context. It intends to offer practical guidance for OSCE representatives who are directly involved in designing, implementing, and evaluating mediation and dialogue facilitation engagements in the field.
