A handbook on criminal law, written in co-authorship by Professor Oleksandr Dudorov and Professor Mykola Khavroniuk (under the general editorship of Professor Mykola Khavroniuk), developed and published with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. The handbook covers main issues of the general and specific parts of the criminal law of Ukraine. It also discusses international and European criminal law, as well as criminal law of foreign countries. Available in Ukrainian only.

This manual is designed to assist judges-trainers in teaching the standardized course “Application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights” in training format at the National School of Judges of Ukraine. The course is based on interactive training methods and international best practices in judicial education. The manual includes materials prepared by the working group on course development within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts" implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of Canada. This is one of the courses developed and institutionalized in cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the High Administrative Court of Ukraine within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts". The manual is available only in Ukrainian.
