Tatiana Turcan
Tatiana Turcan is the Acting Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe as of June 2025. In May 2024, she joined the Programme Office in Dushanbe as Deputy Head.
She has over 15 years of experience in international co-operation, co-ordination, strategic planning, programme management and evaluation. She began her career at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and has served in various roles within the institution, including Adviser to the Minister on donor relations and Head of EU Integration Policies Development Unit. Her professional background includes extensive work in international co-operation, programme oversight, partnership building, and strategic planning - primarily in the areas of home affairs and security. She has worked in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Austria, Tajikistan and in the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
Tatiana Turcan holds a Master Degree in Political Affairs/International Relations specialization. She is fluent in English and Russian.
