This publication is a result of scientific and methodological work on the standardized course for judges “Application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights in administrative justice”. It includes materials prepared by the working group on course development within the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine’s "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts" Project. The course is developed in the format of interactive training with due regard to the best international practices in judicial education. This is one of the courses developed and institutionalized in cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the High Administrative Court of Ukraine within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts", implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of Canada. The publication is available in Ukrainian only.

The Manual is intended for criminal law judges in Serbia to guide them in writing criminal law judgments. It is the result of a series of working group meetings organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and the US Department of Justice with support of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Serbia, in the period of two years. The authors of the Manual are prominent criminal law judges of the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Appellate Court in Belgrade. The Manual is available only in Serbian language.

The Action against Terrorism Unit of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department supports the OSCE’s 57 participating States and 11 Partners for Co-operation in the implementation of their anti-terrorism commitments. Anti-terrorist activities play a prominent role in the OSCE’s overall efforts to address transnational threats. Guided by the ‘Consolidated Framework for the Fight against Terrorism’, the Unit acts as the OSCE focal point, information resource, and implementation partner, providing OSCE participating States and Partners for Cooperation with a wide range of programmes and activities.
