This publication contains an analysis of national and international regulations governing liability for environmental damage, an assessment of environmental damage and compensation for environmental damage in comparative law and international treaties, as well as a review of legal instruments governing the protection of the environment through civil and criminal law in the Republic of Serbia. This handbook places strong emphasis on the role of public in initiating and participating in environmental criminal and civil proceedings. The Manual is intended for judges who deal with criminal and civil cases, prosecutors, law students, environmental inspectors and civil society. Available in Serbian only.

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo provides capacity-building for the Kosovo police and community safety forums, along with monitoring and advocacy for the implementation of the Community Safety Strategy and the 2011-2016 Action Plan. With an objective to instill local co-operation and enhancement of public trust in the Kosovo police, an information booklet on community policing in northern Kosovo is launched in December 2014. The brochure explains a community policing philosophy with applied methods in practice highlighting illustrious examples of partnerships and collaboration between the police and the residents throughout Kosovo.

The report prepared by the Unison NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan explores the main obstacles encountered by people with special needs in accessing Armenia’s higher education system and suggests recommendations. It is based on opinions of students with and without disabilities, administrative and academic staff of higher education institutions and young persons with disabilities, as well as the general public. This manual for student is prepared by the Armenian National Students' Association with support from the OSCE Office in Yerevan and aims to build and expand capacities of students' governing bodies and encourage students' engagement in discussions on quality education at the local level.
