The report prepared by the Unison NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan explores the main obstacles encountered by people with special needs in accessing Armenia’s higher education system and suggests recommendations. It is based on opinions of students with and without disabilities, administrative and academic staff of higher education institutions and young persons with disabilities, as well as the general public. Twenty-nine universities in Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor were included in the survey which was conducted during September-November 2014. Available in Armenian.

Comparative study was done by Institute Alternative (IA), with the support of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. The study provides a detailed overview of control mechanisms (modus operandi) and instruments for efficient identification and prevention of abuse, as well as the analysis of challenges and possibilities for enhancing the modus operandi of the internal control of the police. On that basis and on the basis of the analysis of comparative cases (models from three EU member states), IA formulated its concrete recommendations for the reform of the Montenegrin model.

The publication is integral part of project activities in the frames of cooperation between the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) and the OSCE Mission to Skopje in 2013 and 2014. It contains a total of five qualitative analysis conducted on the basis of National Integrity System (NIS) methodology of Transparency International, as well as three public opinion polls conducted by the Rating Agency to screen the citizens perception about the existence of corruption in selected sectors of the State Programme for Prevention and Repression of Corruption and Conflict of Interest 2011-2015.
