This assessment provides an overview of the work of the Specialized Department of the Basic Court Skopje I Skopje dealing with organized crime and corruption throughout the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The analysis focuses on the work of the Specialized Department from 2007 until early 2014 and seeks to evaluate the work of this Department regarding the types of cases adjudicated and the type and distribution of sentences related to these cases.

The research was conducted within the framework of the ““International Press-Center "Dialogue": Diversification of the Sources of International News for the Armenian Media” project, implemented by “Region” Research Center, with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. It is based on the media study intended to find out what possibilities the Armenian media have to receive and process foreign political information against the current internationally active developments and sometimes dramatic processes. The study also aimed to describe the geography of the international newsfeed, as well as the forms of their provision and thematic foci, as related either to the foreign policy preferences of this or that media outlet, or simply to their creative and other capacity.

An analysis of the OSCE Mission to Serbia's monitoring results. The present report was created in the framework of the EU funded Support to Monitoring of National War Crimes Trials project. The findings contained in the report are based on the analysis of a large volume of data collected through monitoring of war crimes proceedings held in Serbia between 2003 and 2014.

Legal framework in Kosovo provides equal opportunities for men and women in a wide range of property and housing related issues. In practice, challenges with implementing the laws and social norms that tend to favor men infringe upon women’s ability to equally enjoy their rights in this regard. This guide is designed for women who are interested in learning more about their own property and housing-related rights, and civil society organizations and municipal bodies to guide them in the provision of support and services to women on property and housing rights. It is also a tool aimed to inform both women and men on these issues and to provide a comprehensive mapping and contact details of main stakeholders at the municipal level where they can direct their questions and concerns.

The Annual Report of the Secretary General on Police-Related Activities in 2014, submitted in accordance with Decision 9, paragraph 6, of the 2001 Bucharest Ministerial Council Meeting, provides an overview of the police-related programmes and projects, implemented by the OSCE executive structures, including the thematic units in the Secretariat, the Institutions and the field operations, during 2014.

This publication provides an explanation of the underlying reasons for the circulation of counterfeit pesticides and illegal trafficking of pesticides as well as the regional trends in this context. The counteraction methodology for this type of crime is based on an approach comprising prevention, preparation and response to already committed crime. This approach is meant to enable decision-makers and implementers to address the issue in a more effective and comprehensive manner.
