The purpose of the report,commissioned by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), was to identify patterns of structural, cultural and direct violence against women in politics, backed by personal experience of respondents, to analyze public and media discourse relating to women politicians and provide factual basis for further analyses and action in addressing violence against women in politics. The OSCE Mission to Serbia supported publishing of the report.

This paper provides an overview of the existing links between disability and trafficking in human beings, how persons living with disability are affected by trafficking, and to what extent legal standards, policy frameworks, and anti-trafficking measures integrate concerns associated with disabilities. This analysis is approached from four distinct perspectives: disability as an enhanced vulnerability factor that traffickers target; disability as a feature of exploitation; disability as a result of trafficking and exploitation; and disability of trafficking survivors as a factor in accessing justice, protection, employment, health, and rehabilitation services. Finally, the paper presents a series of recommendations and potential strategies aimed at elevating awareness and prioritizing the disability dimension within efforts to combat human trafficking.

This guide lays out practical steps that governments are recommended to take to address the security needs of Jewish communities in co-operation and partnership with these same communities. The guide is designed to help governments take stock of security risks and needs with the goal of improving the capacity of law-enforcement officials and institutions to address the security needs of Jewish communities. In addition, this guide deals with related issues, such as the problem of the underreporting and recording of anti-Semitic hate crimes.

The purpose of this publication is to improve the understanding of sexual and gender-based violence on the part of state actors and civil society, including an understanding of how such violence manifests in places of deprivation of liberty. It also identifies many of the factors that increase the vulnerability of persons deprived of their liberty and aims to contribute to the reduction and eventual elimination of sexual and gender-based violence in places of deprivation of liberty. The publication is primarily intended for policymakers, lawmakers and practitioners from criminal justice systems, including lawyers, prosecutors, judges and anyone else involved in arresting, investigating, interrogating or detaining suspects, those accused of a crime and prisoners or detainees.
