A set of High Commissioner on National Minorities Guidelines on the use of minority languages in the broadcast media.

The publication features some important topics related to civil society and the media, including the best international/domestic practices and interpretation of regulations. The Guide, published in co-operation with the Independent Association of Vojvodina Journalists (NDNV) is available in Serbian language only.

The OSCE Mission to Montenegro supported the development of an assessment and mapping of illegal dumping of hazardous material sites and other forms of environmental crime, which provides analysis of dump sites, the current status of investigations and a detailed report and plan for the way forward.

The guide "Decoding Crypto Crime: A Guide for Law Enforcement" simplifies complex concepts like blockchain technology and virtual assets, offering best practices for investigating common crypto crimes such as investment scams, extortion, and phishing.

Adults and children from any cultural, socio-economic, ethnic and religious background can become victims of trafficking in human beings (THB). Victims may have had nurturing families, access to secondary and tertiary education or professional careers before being trafficked, but understanding any pre-existing vulnerabilities should also give a better understanding of the categories of people most often targeted by traffickers.
