This handbook provides guidance on how to design and implement sustainable mechanisms and structures to combat human trafficking and support victims. It also provides guidance on how to monitor and build the capacity of such mechanisms and structures.

The Guidelines offer a practical toolkit for legislators and practitioners responsible for implementing laws by drawing on good-practice examples from national legislations in European and OSCE participating States and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights to illustrate the various legislative options used to regulate issues pertaining to the freedom of assembly.

This is the third public report by the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina based on the monitoring of corruption cases in the country. This report has been produced as part of the Mission’s Project on Assessing Needs of Judicial Response to Corruption through Monitoring of Criminal Cases, launched in October 2016 with the support of the US Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.

The study “Existing models of housing improvement for Roma: Social and affordable housing solutions for Roma and vulnerable population in Serbia” provides an overview of housing solutions, or models, that were implemented in Serbia so far in projects of improvement of housing conditions in substandard Roma settlements, and which could, with certain improvements, be used in future projects. The study was done within the housing component of the “We are here together – European support for Roma inclusion” project which is implemented by OSCE Mission to Serbia and financed by the European Union.
