A manual on family behavior in emergency situations, published by the Section for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, in co-operation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia.

The guidebook provides illustrative examples of international legal practices in state boundary-marking which includes the main stages of the boundary delimitation and demarcation process as well as recommendations for carrying out this work.

This publication has been produced within the Democratic Workshop "Barbara Prammer" of Parliament of Montenegro, funded by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. Not available in English.

This manual is designed to assist judges-trainers in teaching the standardized course “Application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights” in training format at the National School of Judges of Ukraine. The course is based on interactive training methods and international best practices in judicial education. The manual includes materials prepared by the working group on course development within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts" implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of Canada. This is one of the courses developed and institutionalized in cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the High Administrative Court of Ukraine within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts". The manual is available only in Ukrainian.

Tool 3- for Political Parties- assists political parties in taking internal steps to tackle violence against women within their structures.

The Manual, prepared by the State Election Commission (SEC) of the Republic of North Macedonia and the OSCE Mission to Skopje, aims to encourage political and electoral participation of youth in the country. It explains the models and bodies for youth political participation; why elections and voting are important for young women and men and the significance of inclusive elections. The publication also provides step-by-step instructions for the voting process. The Manual is also designed to assist SEC and youth organizations countrywide in their training programmes. Not available in English.

The advancement of technology requires law enforcement agencies and public prosecutors offices in particular to be well-prepared to meet the challenges it presents. The process of obtaining cyber data to be used as evidence in a criminal procedure is not as straightforward as one might think. However, there are worldwide initiatives to establish common standards and facilitate the exchange of information through improved protocols among the law enforcement sector worldwide. This short guide, which is the result of a joint initiative between the Mission and the Public Prosecutors’ Association, aims to contribute to that direction. The publication is not available in English.

The Best Practice Guide on Deactivation of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) suggests minimum standards, approaches and procedures to ensure the permanent deactivation of SALW, and provides recommendations on how to incorporate these into national norms and legislation. The Guide details concrete measures for the participating States to take in marking and record-keeping of weapons and also puts forward technical specifications for the deactivation of SALW. It also contributes to the OSCE efforts in preventing diversion of SALW in the OSCE area and beyond. First adopted in 2018, the Guide has been reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains relevant and applicable. In recognition of the importance of ensuring irreversible SALW deactivation, the OSCE minimum standards have been strengthened by a number of technical updates for rendering SALW and their essential parts permanently inoperable.

Tool 2- for Parliaments provides data and examples of promising practices to guide parliaments towards measures which address violence against women in parliaments and beyond.
