This publication developed as part of the OSCE project "Aarhus Centre in Ashgabat" contains a collection of Turkmenistan's legislative acts and is designed for environmental organizations, public associations and citizens interested in the legislation addressing environmental protection and nature use, as well as state bodies responsible for ensuring public access to the participation in nature protection activities. Capacity-building of relevant stakeholders, particularly those working on the front lines of humanitarian crises, is a key component of participating States’ anti-trafficking response. To support counterparts to minimize risks of human trafficking and work proactively to identify and assist victims, several international and non-governmental organizations have developed and are providing a number of training opportunities. The OSR/CTHB, through this resource, aims to facilitate access of related actors to such opportunities by compiling training courses and modules- that are readily available to or can be requested by authorities and organizations operating on the ground- on several issues connected with addressing trafficking in human beings in the context of the humanitarian crisis generated by the war against Ukraine.

This manual aims to increase the professional skills of law enforcement agencies, primarily police inspectors who work directly with people and promote the implementation of the law on “Prevention of Domestic Violence” in the Republic of Tajikistan. The manual explains the phenomena of domestic violence through understanding the psychology of offenders and victims, knowing the existing stereotypes on domestic violence and different aspects of gender equality. It also identifies the role of police personnel in counteracting this phenomenon and aspects of a multidisciplinary approach in the support and protection of victims. Not available in English.

The OSCE Mission to Serbia supported the Institute for Improvement of Education in producing comprehensive Manuals that will help teachers in developing the new concept of civic education, introduced in Serbian schools gradually throughout 2018 and 2019. The Manuals cover four areas of civic education: human rights, democratic society, processes in the contemporary world and civic activism. The aim of these publications is to give teachers a wider insight into the above mentioned areas, to clarify the most important issues and to provide teachers with ideas on how they can implement relevant activities with students. It should also instigate the teachers to explore various further teaching techniques. The Manuals are part of the OSCE Mission to Serbia’s wider efforts to support enhancing the rule of law values among youth. The publication is available in Serbian language only.
