Model OSCE Conference 2011

Some 60 youth representatives from Armenia discussed cyber security issues at a Model OSCE Conference organized by the OSCE Office in Yerevan on 18-19 November 2011. The aim of the initiative was to raise awareness of the OSCE among young people as well as providing the participants the opportunity to experience their diplomatic and negotiation skills.

All participants were awarded certificates and the candidates nominated as the best negotiator, the most active participant, and the best special position player were awarded special encouragement prizes. 

Prior to the event, the participants took part in trainings on negotiation and public speaking skills. In addition, a series of lectures on OSCE, international relations and cyber security were organized.
