The OSCE Mission to Montenegro supported the development of the RTCG Development Strategy 2023-2027, by engaging an external consultant, Professor Mirjana Nikolić. The Strategy’s primary goal is to articulate the future growth of the public media service’s top niche programme production and technology requirements with the aim of promoting and safeguarding the public interest, democratic and European values, professional and ethical norms.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Mission in Kosovo (OSCE) hereby invites representatives of small and medium size Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to participate in a capacity building training programme, with the aim (i) to increase knowledge and compliance with applicable legislative and administrative framework, (ii) to increase skills in drafting key quality internal documents, (iii) to enhance financial management and reporting skills, (iv) to strengthen advocacy skills and cross-sectorial partnerships, and (v) to enhance communication with media.

In response to the lack of survivor inclusion to date, and in line with its objectives, ODIHR, in consultation with ISTAC and other relevant anti-trafficking stakeholders, developed this policy guidance. It reflects participating States’ obligations as well as international good practices to protect victims and survivors of human trafficking under international, regional and national laws as well as with National Referral Mechanisms (NRMs) or equivalent mechanisms. It aligns with OSCE commitments and draws on ODIHR’s NRM Handbook, which also recognizes the importance of the contributions of survivor leaders to all aspects of effective anti-trafficking work.

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo invites you to apply for a five-month apprenticeship programme for 30 young persons between the ages of 20 and 24, in close co-operation with local government institutions and partner Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The programme aims at bringing young women and men closer to local government institutions and relevant CSOs directly involving them in local participatory processes, as well as decision and policy-making processes.
