An OSCE-supported analysis of the existing public procurement legislation identifies common irregularities and gaps that may be misused for corruption purposes, and provides recommendations on how to improve the public procurement system with the aim of preventing corruption. This report was presented to the Serbian Parliament members in 2009. It is not available in English.

The study was published in 2012.

Data presented in publications are provided by the state drug control agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan and include official statistical, analytical and legislative information.
