The fifth edition of the OSCE Local Dialogue Academy for Young Women (LDA) will be organized from 19 to 23 June 2023 in Istog/Istok. The Academy provides a platform for young women to overcome barriers in communication, deconstruct stereotypes and establish a basis for dialogue through peer-to-peer learning, coaching and mentoring activities. It aims at enhancing communication among youth from different communities, focusing on common issues of concern related to gender equality and women’s empowerment in particular. The OSCE Mission to Montenegro supported the development of the RTCG Digital Transformation Strategy 2023-2027, by engaging an external consultant Dragana Janinović. Radio and Television of Montenegro has successfully performed the role of the public service media of Montenegro for several decades, changing and evolving together with society. New ways of information exchange, technology, transfer and use of data, open up a completely new sphere of possibilities. The need for digital transformation of the Public Service is unquestionable and should be seen as an opportunity to redefine its role and the way it serves the citizens of Montenegro.
