This report analyses publicly available statistical data and factual observations collected about the functioning of the Kosovo justice system institutions in the Mitrovicë/Mitrovica region before and after the mass resignation of Kosovo Serb judges, prosecutors, and administrative staff in November 2022. It identifies the impact of the resignations on the Mitrovicë/Mitrovica justice system, with a focus on rule of law and fair trial standards, particularly the right to trial within a reasonable time and access to justice.

The OSCE Mission in Kosovo invites university students from diverse communities to apply for a five-day practical training on Documentation of Cultural Heritage Assets. The training will take place from 18 to 22 August 2025 where students will learn about the history of Letnicë/Letnica, and how to best document heritage assets. Since 2018, these camps have provided young people with unique opportunities to protect and promote cultural heritage. Apply to be part of this experience, by 31 July 2025 CoB.

The OSCE invites you to apply for the 11th OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women, which will take place from 5 to 15 October 2025, in Nova Gorica/Gorizia (Slovenia/Italy). The publication provides an overview of the situation of learning centres in Kosovo as of April 2022 and implementation of the Administrative Instruction (AI) 19/2018 on Establishment and Functioning of the Learning Centres. The report offers a way forward and recommendations to different stakeholders for the practical institutionalization of Learning Centres.

The leaflet on ‘First Contact Service Providers for Victims of Domestic Violence in Kosovo’ has been drafted in response to the findings of the OSCE’s ‘Survey on Well-being and Safety of Women in Kosovo’, according to which 22% of women considered they were not well informed what to do if they experienced violence, 29% said they were somehow informed and 12% did not know at all what to do. The leaflet informs the public about what to expect from each first contact service provider and provides a short directory to contact each of them.
