This guide provides recommended best practices that will facilitate and enhance proper management of national stockpiles of conventional ammunition, explosive material and detonating devices. It contains information useful for those individuals currently working in ammunition storage locations and those managers involved in the chain of command over these facilities that are working to establish national policy and procedures. These practices will help participating States (pS) both use their resources more efficiently and to diminish the risk of dangerous situations involving theft, loss, or accident.

This manual provides guidelines for trainers in customs and border agencies and environmental inspectorates on how to teach about the detection and prevention of illegal transboundary movement of waste, ozone-depleting substances, and rare and endangered animal and plant species. The Manual for Local Youth Councils, prepared in close partnership with the Agency for Youth and Sport, is a practical and valuable tool for both municipal officials and young people regarding their engagement in the Local Youth Councils. It aims to encourage local youth participation in these bodies in compliance with the Law on Youth Participation and Youth Policies. The Manual contains practical steps how to establish Local Youth Council, roles and responsibilities for both municipal officials and youth council members and the handover process between the outgoing and incoming leadership. It was prepared in Macedonian language and translated into English, Albanian, Turkish, Serbian and Romani languages.

The Manual provides a theoretical overview of the international commitments of North Macedonia related to gender equality, drafting gender sensitive legislation and parliamentary oversight of gender equality. It provides practical examples on best practices from the country and parliaments worldwide on mainstreaming gender in parliamentary operations.
