This report is the first systematic review of the risk of natural hazards in the entire country of Tajikistan after the Soviet period. It contains a detailed inventory of glaciers and assesses the probability of mudflows and avalanches nationwide. The report provides experts, policymakers and researchers with a comprehensive guideline for the evaluation and potential avoidance of natural hazard impacts in Tajikistan.
