Mandate

According to its mandate, the Programme Office develops, implements and reports in all three dimensions within the OSCE approach to comprehensive and co-operative security. Considering evolving needs and priorities of the host country, the Office provides assistance to the government based on close co-operation between the OSCE and Kyrgyz Republic.
