The Office of Internal Oversight (OIO) develops tools and resources to support the OSCE's efforts to strengthen its decentralized evaluation system and the overall organizational evaluation culture. In addition, OIO shares helpful resources from other international organizations.

This e-learning course is part of the UN Women professionalization initiative to strengthen the evaluation function - a comprehensive, hands-on programme aimed at developing core competencies in managing gender-responsive evaluation for UN Women staff. Created with contributions from UN Women staff located around the world, this e-learning course is complemented by the UN Women Evaluation Handbook. The professionalization initiative was developed in collaboration between the UN Women Independent Evaluation Office, Human Resources, and its Training Centre.
The International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) is an executive training program in development evaluation. It is managed jointly by the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Bern (Switzerland), the Center for Evaluation at Saarland University (Germany) and the Independent Evaluation Group of the World Bank.
An interactive guide for those who commission or manage evaluations. It is articulated in 9 steps (from planning evaluations to disseminating reports). It is complemented by a framework organizing evaluation processes and methods around color-coded clusters of tasks – The Rainbow Framework – and a tool to create evaluation terms of reference – GeneraTOR (sign up required).
