RTCG Brand Strength Research was conducted by the Public Opinion Research Agency DAMAR PLUS during June 2022. The Commentary to the Law on Administrative Disputes, prepared by national experts, serves as a guide for the Administrative and High Administrative court judges, the parties in the administrative procedure, the representatives of public bodies and any other legal professionals who wish to obtain a deeper understanding of the legal standards introduced with this law. The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina produced a factsheet on an ExB project titled: Informed citizens and efficient mechanisms to prevent and fight corruption. The main objective of the Project is to support BiH’s efforts in diminishing corruption by raising awareness of the consequences of corruption for BiH citizens and strengthening the capacity of anti-corruption bodies in corruption prevention.
