The main source for collecting data was a pilot survey conducted with the assistance of journalists and media associations (UNS, NUNS, NDNV, ANEM, AM, Prouns, and Sport’s Association of journalists) that provided a factual insight into the degree of presence and sources of stress and professional burnout that journalists encounter in their daily work. The results of this survey will serve as a base for defining concrete activities and projects that will help journalists coping with the challenges threatening their mental and physical health.
