This manual was produced by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to guide trainers and migration experts on how to conduct comprehensive labour migration training. It complements the OSCE-IOM-ILO Handbook on Establishing Effective Labour Migration Policies.

Research by the Expert Group Initiative under the United Nations Global Initiative to Fight Human Trafficking. The exploratory research "Analysing the Business Model of Trafficking in Human Beings to Better Prevent the Crime" proposed by the OSCE in the context of an Expert Group Initiative under the United Nations Global Initiative to Fight Human Trafficking is an innovative study carried out by a team of internationally recognized experts. The team produced evidence-based research revealing criminal gangs and their modus operandi, thus helping to confront and dismantle the criminal business.

The purpose of this tool is to be a practical guide for preparing, implementing and evaluating gender training for security sector personnel.

The Trial Monitoring Programme was developed by the OSCE Mission to Moldova in partnership with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. The analysis in this final report includes a summary of the findings for the entire monitoring period. It compares the current situation with the findings of the first two interim reports. It notes any differences between Chişinău courts and those located in the southeast of the country. In addition, this final report presents the Moldovan legal community, the donor community and other interested parties with a series of recommendations on how the problems identified might be addressed.
