The OSCE Mission in Kosovo conducts regular monitoring, reporting and advocacy for the full realization of the language rights of all communities in Kosovo. Analyzing practices at the local level, this report reveals that more than seven years after its promulgation, the Law on the Use of Languages remains only partially implemented due to insufficient human and financial resources, often accompanied by lack of sufficient understanding of obligations and/or lack of political will.

The purpose of this policy brief is to present the current status of humanitarian bus transportation (HBT) in order to inform decision-makers and support the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Mission in Kosovo’s (OSCE) advocacy for a sustainable policy on free or subsidized transportation for communities.

An analysis of the OSCE Mission to Serbia's monitoring results. The present report was created in the framework of the EU funded Support to Monitoring of National War Crimes Trials project. The findings contained in the report are based on the analysis of a large volume of data collected through monitoring of war crimes proceedings held in Serbia between 2003 and 2014.

This report assesses whether the relevant international human rights standards regarding the protection of immovable tangible cultural heritage are complied with by the Kosovo legal framework and to what extent the central- and local-level institutions apply these standards and thus respect, protect and fulfil everyone’s right to access and benefit from cultural heritage.

This publication presents a compilation of the ten best essays written by the M.A. and Ph.D. alumni whose academic studies were financially supported by the Mission. The essays were written on the topic: “The OSCE and contemporary security challenges”.

This report evaluates progress made in mainstreaming gender issues in OSCE structures and the working environment. Reporting period: 1 January 2015- 31 December 2015.
