The guidebook on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) developed jointly by experts from the OSCE and the Committee of Financial Monitoring of the Finance Ministry. The guidebook was prepared with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana as a follow-up to its multi-year training activities aimed to build capacity for the banking and non-financial sectors which are subject to regular financial monitoring. The Justice Monitor is a biannual publication of the observations of OSCE monitors in the first instance courts in Kosovo. The Justice Monitor aims to provide policymakers and justice sector actors with indicators not otherwise available to assist in the identification of compliance gaps in the administration of justice and the tracking of progress achieved in closing those gaps.

The 2024 report represents the continuation of a long-term research effort aimed at analyzing the attitudes of Montenegrin citizens toward the State Prosecutor's Office, its activities, and its role in society. This is the fifth consecutive wave of research, which allows for not only a detailed overview of current attitudes but also comparisons with the results from previous years (2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023).

Relations with key political actors of BiH are of vital importance for the successful implementation of the Mission’s political and programmatic objectives and as such, remain at the top of the Mission’s priorities. Through the Political Outreach and Elections Unit, the Mission is monitoring political and other relevant activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region and assesses trends that might affect the political/security situation and its political impact on the Mission’s mandate implementation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ODIHR’s publications, factsheets, and practical guides are vital tools to assist all those working to strengthen democracy and human rights across the OSCE. The Office's 2024 publications covered a wide range of topics, including human rights, strengthening democratic institutions, parliamentary integrity, election observation, combating hate crime, combating human trafficking, Roma inclusion, and many more. Others were translated for the first time into other languages of the OSCE region.

Women have significantly weaker political positions than men in terms of political engagement and influence in both wealthy countries and developing regions. Women from non-majority communities often experience dual discrimination based on both their gender and ethnicity. This disadvantaged position is similarly observed among women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia. This study aims to offer a comprehensive examination of the levels and circumstances surrounding the political participation of women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia, emphasizing the multifaceted inequalities faced by community women in their attempts to join political and public life. The study employs a blend of quantitative and qualitative research methods, encompassing primary data collection through a field survey involving 1002 respondents and six interviews and secondary data analysis. The report is available in English, Macedonian, Albanian, Bosnian, Romani, Serbian, Turkish and Vlach languages.

The report examines provision of humanitarian bus transportation and concludes that while the service enhances access to services, administrative non-compliance has resulted in a lack of transparency and inadequate complaints procedures.
