The aim of these model guidelines is to provide a practical tool to assist OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation in implementing concrete measures to prevent trafficking in human beings in supply chains. The publication highlights how States can implement legislation and policies that promote transparency to ensure that public supply chains are free from trafficked labour; and promote the fair and ethical recruitment of workers.

This report presents the representative survey findings of the OSCE-led Survey on the Well-being and Safety of Women for North Macedonia. The survey was implemented in 2018 in selected countries in South Eastern Europe and Eastern Europe. The OSCE-led survey included a quantitative and qualitative component and was undertaken with the goal of providing comparable data on different forms of violence women experience in their childhood and throughout the course of their lives. The research examined violence that women experience in conflict and non-conflict settings, as well as the impact violence has on women and girls, including its lasting consequences. Questions on norms and attitudes connected to violence against women were asked to better understand the underlying causes of violence.

This publication presents a comprehensive, but not exhaustive, list of indicators that suggest a crime may have been bias-motivated. The eight sections in this document correspond with the main types of bias indicators developed and recommended for use by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Each of the sections includes a set of questions to guide investigators in deciding whether a particular bias indicator type is present in the case before them.
