The Guidebook is focused on several aspects, in particular the phenomenon of electronic communication and replacement of the conventional system of stream data with a new one, which enables the transfer of large scale data in a faster and more efficient way. The Guidebook is not intended to give step by step instructions, but the idea is to offer a useful tool- a guide that contains terms facilitating the identification of tools committing this type of crime, and the type of provided evidence in a correct way, which would facilitate the process of proof. The Guidebook is primarily targeting prosecutors, but it has been made available also to the criminal law judges and defence attorneys as well.

The publication “Violence in the Family in the Republic of Moldova. Judicial practice and national and European normative acts” has been compiled by the OSCE Mission to Moldova in partnership with NGO “Honour and Rights of Contemporary Women” from Balti and Causeni Law Centre. It is intended for the use of legal professionals responsible for examining cases of domestic violence. It contains the national legislation on preventing and combating domestic violence, along with the European Convention and its Explanatory Commentary on preventing and combating domestic violence, and the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights against the Republic of Moldova on cases of domestic violence. The publication is available in Romanian only.

Women have significantly weaker political positions than men in terms of political engagement and influence in both wealthy countries and developing regions. Women from non-majority communities often experience dual discrimination based on both their gender and ethnicity. This disadvantaged position is similarly observed among women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia. This study aims to offer a comprehensive examination of the levels and circumstances surrounding the political participation of women from non-majority communities in North Macedonia, emphasizing the multifaceted inequalities faced by community women in their attempts to join political and public life. The study employs a blend of quantitative and qualitative research methods, encompassing primary data collection through a field survey involving 1002 respondents and six interviews and secondary data analysis. The report is available in English, Macedonian, Albanian, Bosnian, Romani, Serbian, Turkish and Vlach languages.
