Security Dialogue: “Mil-to-Mil Contacts on Doctrines”: – Presentation by Brigadier General N. Ghilardi, Head of Military Doctrine, Swiss Armed Forces; – Presentation by Colonel M. Bastin, Motorized Capabilities programme, Belgian Armed Forces; seconded to the French Army Staff (Austria, Annex 1). Situation in and around Ukraine. Update on the Agreement on Sub-Regional Arms Control in accordance with Article IV of Annex 1-B to the Dayton Peace Agreement (Montenegro, also on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, Annex 2). This review was prepared in collaboration with the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The publication contains information on the state system of prevention response to and protection of the population and the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan in emergency situations, the implementation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction Strategy, civil defense as well as well as search and rescue activities. The review also includes information on public outreach activities in the area of prevention and response to emergency situations, human resources policy, international co-operation and key areas of the Committee’s development in 2020. The review is available in Russian and Tajik languages.
